Yes! The first session is free. If you are a college student on scholarship, please contact me for additional details, special rates apply.

Initial consultations are 30 minutes. Regular sessions are 1 hour.

I ask that you give me 24 hours notice otherwise you will be responsible for the missed/canceled session.

Good question! While I was a psychotherapist in the past, I am no longer providing assessments or diagnoses. I am happy to provide you with referrals and am always open to collaboration with other providers.

I offer consulting services similar to life coaching for adopted persons who are age 16+ to begin the process of establishing their respective identities. All too often, adopted persons are lacking in this area. With my combined experiences both personally ( I was a foster child and an adoptee) and professionally, I am here to help you sort out what identity means to you.
